Repair / Overhaul of the 0AM DSG7 hydraulic part of mechatronics of the DQ200 automatic transmission with dry clutch
Repair procedure:

3. Collection of your package with mechatronics and its subsequent repair and testing on a special tester (duration approx. 1 - 2 working days)
4. If the customer has paid for the repair, the mechatronics is immediately packed and sent back to the customer after the repair
5. Collection of the package from us with mechatronics and subsequent installation of mechatronics on your vehicle
Warranty: 12 months from repair
Possible mechatronics malfunctions that we can repair:
VAG 006079/10902/10903, P17BF, P1895, P189C, P0841 - oil pressure sensor, leakage or pressure drop in hydraulics, pump clearance protection, limited power,
P178B / P174D / P1732 / P173A/B/C/D / P0562 / P0928 - the vehicle is stationary and unable to move, the engine cannot be started, the mechatronics fuse may be blown,
P073A / P0841 / P074A - the transmission shifts only even or odd speeds.
In general, the car can behave differently when there is a hydraulic error:
- it can start shifting into neutral (N) while driving,
- when it is cold, everything may seem to be working properly and after the transmission warms up, the car suddenly stops shifting gears or remains stationary,
- the car may not move at all when in D or R,
- green hydraulic oil can collect under the car, which the mechatronics pushes out through the air vent,
- the clutch may begin to slip or stop changing certain gears.
